DandyLehi, UT
$79,050 - $93,000Onsite

About The Position

Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to join their rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Fulfillment Team Lead will own daily fulfillment SLAs, build the daily production plan, and manage the team that fulfills, ships, and recovers assets for thousands of dental practices every month at their site in Utah. They will lead Associates and Senior Associates across the workstreams that keep the marketplace running: asset recovery, inventory operations, and 3PL coordination. This role will own labor allocation, the site's quality outcomes, and the safety program. They will take direct responsibility for the complex day-to-day operations, and will also be the hiring manager for the team and the first point of contact for cross-functional partners when something on the floor needs to be unblocked. The role reports to Fulfillment leadership, who owns the operational roadmap and capacity planning, allowing the Fulfillment Supervisor to focus on running the floor well and crafting more efficient and effective fulfillment processes as the company scales.
