About The Position

The Fulfillment Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for shift-level fulfillment activities at the Green Pointe facility. This role is accountable for the execution of picking, packing, shipping, and order accuracy performance across a multi-brand distribution environment.   As an exempt leader, this position exercises independent judgment in workforce deployment, performance management, and operational decision-making to ensure service level attainment, labor optimization, and compliance adherence. The Fulfillment Supervisor directly supports the Sr. Manager, Green Pointe Operations in driving throughput, workforce engagement, and execution excellence.   Scope of Responsibility Direct leadership of associates, scaling significantly during seasonal peaks Ownership of shift-level KPIs: productivity, quality, safety, and on-time shipping Labor planning and execution to support daily and seasonal volume demands Frontline compliance with safety, GMP, SQF, and operational standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of operational leadership experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing seasonal workforce scaling
  • Working knowledge of WMS and shipping systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and labor performance
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and lead teams with minimal oversight
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during peak seasons

  • Experience in food production, CPG, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and wholesale orders
  • Allocate labor strategically to meet volume demands and productivity targets
  • Monitor workflow and remove operational barriers in real time
  • Escalate systemic risks and recommend corrective actions to site leadership
  • Drive achievement of daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Analyze productivity and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support labor cost control through proactive workforce management
  • Maintain shift-level accountability for cost per unit and throughput performance
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to associates
  • Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new and seasonal employees
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR to manage attendance, retention risks, and employee relations matters
  • Coordinate closely with Assembly, Inventory Control, Systems and Transportation teams
  • Communicate operational constraints and capacity updates to site leadership
  • Support peak readiness planning and staffing execution in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Enforce adherence to all safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards
  • Maintain audit-ready conditions within fulfillment areas
  • Actively promote a culture of safety and quality accountability
