About The Position

Walker Furniture is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment operations in a distribution warehouse. The role leads warehouse personnel and ensures customer orders are accurately picked, inspected, staged, and prepared for delivery. The supervisor helps maintain productivity, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and operational efficiency while coordinating workflow to meet changing delivery demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse team members while maintaining productivity, accuracy, attendance, and accountability.
• Oversee order picking, product inspections, staging, and delivery preparation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and picking errors.
• Coordinate workflow and priorities to meet changing delivery demands.
• Train employees on company safety policies, proper material handling, lifting procedures, and equipment operation.
• Enforce warehouse security and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Monitor equipment use and maintenance and ensure merchandise and company property are properly accounted for.
• Promote teamwork, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
