About The Position

Supervise all activities within respective area including operations, administrations, safety and associated development. Ensure staff performance supports company goals.

Requirements

  • Three (3) plus years of leadership responsibility within a diverse workforce in a fast paced environment
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in working with structured procedures and processes
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and/or memos is required, as is the capacity to write similar correspondence relaying opportunities or findings.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one or before groups of Associates of the organization
  • Ability to perform the analytical mathematics demanded by the business functions. Aptitude to perform these operations using standard units of measurement, distance, weight, volume, and currency.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, develop and manage all levels of performance management to deliver facility initiatives and goals.
  • Execute all activities associated with respect to quality, customer service, cost, environmental, health and safety within assigned area.
  • Responsible for driving results and achieving operational goals identified in "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI).
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement effort by using structured problem solving to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with attracting and developing talent both internal and external candidates.
  • Practice, comply and enforce all requirements of a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Oversee and manage time off request, attendance and assist with delivery of any performance conversations.
  • Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and overall facility (6 S's).
