Position Overview Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist Position Type: Part-time (24 hours/week), Non-Exempt (Hourly) Reports To: Warehouse Assistant Manager Location: Bellingham, WA Work Days: Thursday–Saturday (on-site) Shift: Day shift Work Hours: Three 8-hour days, scheduled by manager Position Summary The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products within the warehouse. Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness while maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing more than 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Seeking Health’s Core Values and company policies.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including picking, packing, wrapping, loading, labeling, and shipping.
  • Receive and process incoming warehouse inventory, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing products.
  • Perform inventory control procedures and maintain high quality standards to support audits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; optimize space utilization.
  • Identify and report discrepancies related to receiving, inventory, returns, or damaged products.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Follow established quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
