About The Position

We are seeking reliable, detail‑oriented Fulfillment Specialists to support the production and shipment of healthcare test kits. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders. Ideal candidates are organized, fast-paced workers who enjoy hands-on tasks and maintaining high productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain speed
Quick learner who follows instructions well
Reliability and consistent attendance
Flexibility to support varying workloads and tasks

Responsibilities

Label and assemble kits by hand with a high level of accuracy
Verify patient information and ensure each kit is correct before shipment
Fulfill mail orders while meeting productivity standards
Pull correct products, match labels, and prepare shipments
Enter order information and manage data in Excel (basic functions: cut/paste, copy, etc.)
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies
Process and verify customer orders through internal systems
Track orders using delivery-tracking software
Scan packages and create shipping labels
Partner with internal teams to resolve fulfillment issues
Support both fulfillment and lab-side tasks as needed
