Job Summary The Fulfillment Specialist performs entire order cycle from inventory coordination to customer delivery. Shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing goods, such as verifying, tracking, and preparing packages. Encompassing customer communication and supplier interaction to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma; GED; or equivalent experience.
  • 24 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or procurement support preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise CPQ, IT Glue, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with major IT distributors (Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating inventory with suppliers.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the customer.
  • Working with sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts.
  • Performing tasks like picking, packing, and auditing orders.
  • Verifying and recording incoming materials and outgoing merchandise.
  • Tracking inventory and keeping accurate records.
  • Packaging items for shipment, including weighing and applying labels.
  • Inspecting incoming goods for damage.
  • Distributing products within the warehouse to the correct departments.
  • Maintains product inventory for customers.
  • Conducts frequent spot and scheduled audits of physical inventory; reconciles physical counts to inventory system, investigates variances.
  • Understands the Sales Order process that initiates the purchasing process which flows through to receiving.
  • Receive products as they arrive from manufacturers and vendors.
  • Conducts quality assurance tests on products as required as they are received.
  • Ships outgoing products.
  • Monitors and communicates back-ordered product status.
  • Pulls stock items for emergency service tickets.
  • Create RMAs for defective products or return as needed.
  • Receives RMA product into inventory or release to customer as needed
  • Manage relationships with couriers.
  • Arranges for proper disposal of retired equipment.
  • Assist the Procurement Department with their duties and responsibilities as needed
