About The Position

The successful candidate is a highly organized and motivated Fulfillment Specialist who is passionate about customer experience and quality order fulfillment. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for all day-to-day receipt to shipment of new equipment sales of x-ray garments for hospitals. The Fulfillment Specialist is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all new equipment service-related details. This role approaches each day with a solution-focused mindset that aims to provide quick and quality service for the customer.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, or service operations (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated success connecting and communicating effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems, strong preference for Salesforce experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication style, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and execute new equipment fulfillment and related services
Maintain accurate and timely Service Order Case tickets, documenting all completed work
Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders for all new equipment and RMA-related details
Manage escalated issues by identifying root causes and delivering timely, customer-focused solutions
Assist customers with inventory management system (RadComply) questions and issues
Assist with managing the Fulfillment Inbox , ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer and internal inquiries
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date case records in Salesforce
