About The Position

The Fulfillment Representative assists in providing the essential printed materials to our members. This includes receiving and monitoring deliveries from our off-site warehouse, unpacking boxed materials, rotating inventory and supplies, and the pre-assembly of enrollment kits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented professional with ability to prioritize
• Ability to read and follow directions, work independently
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, is a must
• Able to lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack deliveries
• Assemble and ship post-enrollment kits for new members
• Monitor inventory of materials
• Process daily letter files for Enrollment, Customer Service and other internal departments
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly routine mailings for multiple clients
• Perform other duties as assigned
