Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active Arizona Technician Trainee license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Active State Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with a proven track record of accuracy in data entry and fulfillment roles.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and comfort working with pharmacy software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Customer service background with a dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in our dynamic production fulfillment zones, directly contributing to our mission by meeting and exceeding specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
• Maintain high operational standards with an unparalleled level of technical attention to detail, ensuring every prescription is processed with accuracy and care.
• Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day (Beginner).
• Handle 100 to 175 prescriptions per day (Intermediate).
• Exceed 175 prescriptions per day (Advanced).
