About The Position

Strive Pharmacy is hiring an onsite Fulfillment Pharmacist for its overnight team in Gilbert, Arizona. The pharmacist will support clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency during production hours. Responsibilities include reviewing prescription orders, verifying compounding calculations, inspecting sterile and non-sterile preparations, and ensuring medications meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role follows Strive Pharmacy’s Standard Operating Procedures, state regulations, and industry standards. The pharmacist also serves as a clinical resource by counseling patients and advising healthcare providers on therapy and dosing.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Active Arizona pharmacist license.

Nice To Haves

Fulfillment experience in a retail setting or equivalent.
Experience in compounding.
Understanding of aseptic technique.
Familiarity with USP guidelines.

Responsibilities

Check entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
Perform calculations to ensure formula ingredients are measured and used properly.
Visually inspect lots compounded in sterile and non-sterile labs.
Visually inspect individual prescriptions for color, consistency, and general appearance.
Answer and make clarification phone calls designated for pharmacists.
Counsel patients.
Guide providers on appropriate therapy and dosing for individualized care.
