About The Position

You will help prepare customer orders for shipment, work on mailing projects, and help stock supplies to keep the fulfillment team moving—all while achieving work-life balance with first shift hours. Requirements

Track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic
Ability to accept feedback i.e. “coachable”
Initiative to seek out work after completing the task at hand vs. asking “what should I do next?”
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
A “can do” attitude
Ability to use scan guns for all core job functions following on screen prompts
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, pulling…etc.)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution environment, or inventory control
Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
Training and/or experience operating a forklift
