About The Position

As our Fulfillment Operations Lead, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of our fulfillment operations — making sure physical credentials and training materials get to the right people, on time, every time. You'll lead a team of Fulfillment Specialists, drive process improvements, and partner closely with our Credentialing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. This isn't a "manage from a distance" role. You'll be in it — supporting your team, solving real problems, and building the kind of operation you'd be genuinely proud of.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience, ideally in fulfillment, production, shipping, or operations.
A natural process-improver.
Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Leads by example and builds team accountability without micromanaging.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
At ease in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
A genuine growth mindset.
Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
Ability to provide hands-on floor support when the team needs it.

Responsibilities

Dig into fulfillment metrics to spot trends before they become problems.
Work with Reporting and Compliance teams to resolve credentialing discrepancies.
Coach Fulfillment Specialists on order processing.
Forecast supply needs and manage vendor relationships.
Identify and fix manual processes that can be streamlined.
