About The Position

Babylist is looking for a Weekend Shift Lead to help keep our Commercial Point, Ohio fulfillment center running smoothly. You'll work the floor alongside the team — making sure orders get picked, packed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. You'll give direction, answer questions, and step in when problems come up. You won't manage people directly, but you'll be the person the team looks to when they need help. It's a strong fit for someone with warehouse experience who's ready for more responsibility and wants a path toward a leadership role. This role is supporting the weekend shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm.

Requirements

2+ years in a fast-paced warehouse
At least 6 months in a lead role
Know how to keep a team on track without being their manager
Can pick, pack, receive, restock, and ship — and show someone else how to do it right
Stays steady when it gets busy and doesn't panic when things go sideways
Speaks up, solves what they can, and pulls in help when needed
Communicates clearly, explaining what needs to happen so teammates understand
Works safely and accurately, caring about getting it right and following safety rules
Can follow instructions in English. Can speak, read, and understand English well enough to follow safety-critical directions.

Responsibilities

Keep the floor moving. Help work flow smoothly across picking, packing, and shipping through the weekend shift.
Guide the team in real time. Answer questions, unblock people, and keep everyone on track.
Set the standard. Model safe, correct warehouse processes so the team follows your lead.
Train new hires. Get new team members up to speed on how the job is done right.
Escalate early. Flag delays, safety concerns, and problems to your supervisor before they grow.
Flex where needed. Jump into different areas of the warehouse as volume shifts.
