About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Fulfillment Manager (Level K) to join their team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This onsite position will provide oversight and leadership to individual contributors for Boeing South Carolina Operations within the 787 Program Fulfillment Team, supporting Material Integration Centers (MIC) and Line Side Control Centers (LSCC) within Final Assembly. The role involves managing a team of production coordinators and supply chain analysts.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'.
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management/fulfillment.
• Experience with inventory / ERP systems.
• Willingness and ability to work any shift assigned based on business needs.
• Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with the following systems: Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), and Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System).
• Experience with safety and quality processes.
• Self-motivated, works well independently.
