Responsibilities
- Coordinating stakeholder workshops
- Documenting the current state
- Defining the future state
- Assessing gaps
- Producing clear documentation for technology teams
- Driving consensus
- Securing buy-in across competing business unit priorities
- Managing escalations that may impact scope, funding, or timelines
- Creating and evangelizing a future-state vision
- Developing qualitative and quantitative justification to support that vision
- Securing the necessary resources
- Seeing initiatives through to completion
