About The Position

The Fulfillment Lead works with and leads the Fulfillment Techs to prepare products, place them within the shipping and staging area, and track deliveries and related invoices. This role involves meeting 30-60-90 day expectations, printing orders from the E-commerce Platform, running Fulfillment in Infoplus, and leading the team to meet and exceed goals. The lead must have a strong comprehension of metrics, the Daily Input Report, and the Attainment Report, and their impact on the business. They will also enforce company policies, document coaching sessions, and combine/organize LeafLink invoices. Key responsibilities include tracking delivery add-ons, updating invoice statuses, checking manifests for completion, preparing products for sale (including label verification and packaging), physically pulling and staging products, tracking all UINs and Test Batch IDs, locating Test Batch IDs for products, downloading digital files and building dispensary files, overseeing digital product transfer within Metrc/BioTrack THC, performing final quality checks, organizing products for shipping, communicating compliance issues, confirming COA accuracy, and ensuring product names match strain names in the state tracking system. The role also involves assisting with other assigned projects and duties, and utilizing material handling equipment like pallet jacks, WAVs, or forklifts. Other duties as assigned.

  • Computer and inventory systems experience required

Responsibilities

  • Print orders from the E-commerce Platform and Run Fulfillment in Infoplus (If necessary)
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed goals when not in the presence of a supervisor or manager
  • Access and comprehend the Attainment Report, and its impact on the overall business
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Document on-the-spot coaching sessions with team members, and communicate documented coaching with supervisor & manager
  • Combine and organize final LeafLink (sales platform) invoices based upon the vault’s planogram
  • Track any delivery add-ons that must be fulfilled for the next day’s shipment
  • Update the digital ‘Status’ of LeafLink invoices as needed throughout the fulfillment process
  • Check all manifests/products staged for delivery for completion before placement on the delivery van
  • Prepare all products for sale, including verification of labels/tamper seals for compliance, packaging, etc., in accordance with ABC regulations and in-house policies when needed
  • Physically pull and place products within the vault staging area
  • Track all information (UIN up to the final stage of sale)
  • Track all UINs and Test Batch IDs (Steephill and F.A.S.T.)
  • Locate each Test Batch ID for all products going to each Dispensary
  • Download digital files and build each dispensary's file for the final transaction email
  • Oversee that the product has been digitally transferred to the appropriate ‘room’ within Metrc/BioTrack THC
  • Perform a final quality check of all orders before the Fulfillment Supervisor/Manager begins the manifest and invoice process
  • Place all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area
  • Keep all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load onto the delivery vans
  • Communicate any potential compliance issues before an order is fulfilled to the manager
  • Confirm the accuracy of COAs
  • Confirm within our state’s tracking system that the product name coincides with the strain name listed
  • Assist with any other projects/vault/delivery duties that are assigned by the manager
  • Utilize pallet jacks, WAV, forklift or other material handling equipment to move inventory efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned
