About The Position

Fisher Investments Fulfillment team is looking for a Part-Time Fulfillment Junior Associate to support their rapidly growing global investment firm. This role is responsible for various tasks including fulfillment marketing, office supply requests, maintaining client files, shipping and receiving functions, and hospitality functions. The position operates onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment.

Requirements

  • Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates degree
  • Able to commute to the Camas, WA office
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
  • Able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week (maximum 28 hours)
  • High School Diploma Required

Responsibilities

  • Handle office supply requests
  • Manage shipping and receiving
  • Maintain client files
  • Perform hospitality functions
  • Data entry of prospect and client information
  • Monitor office supply inventory
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Process UPS, DHL and FedEx shipments
  • Assist with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaning
  • Prepare marketing kits for prospective clients
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents
  • Complete other administrative duties as necessary
