About The Position

Fisher Investments Fulfillment team is looking for a Part-Time Fulfillment Junior Associate to support their growing global investment firm. This role involves various responsibilities including fulfillment marketing, managing office supply requests, maintaining client files, handling shipping and receiving, and performing hospitality functions. The position offers a dynamic daily workload and reports to a Fulfillment Team Leader.

Requirements

• Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates degree
• Commute to the Camas, WA office
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
• Able to work 15 hours a week at a minimum (28 hour maximum)
• High School Diploma Required

Responsibilities

• Data entry of prospect and client information
• Monitor office supply inventory
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Process UPS, DHL and FedEx shipments
• Help with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaning
• Prepare marketing kits for prospective clients
• Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents
• Completes other administrative duties as necessary
