Your Opportunity, Your Team The Fulfillment Inventory Control Area Manager supports QVC and implements processes to meet all quality, productivity, financial, and service goals. You will report to the manager of Site Quality Operations. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do Manage variable operations volume, including cycle counting, inventory research and reconciliation, root cause analysis, and to ensure compliance with established SOX, departmental and operational procedures and performance goals Oversee daily operations, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment that reflects QVC's values and commitment to customer service. Assign, prioritize, and review work to meet productivity, quality, and departmental goals; maintain a clean and safe workplace. Communicate trends, issues, and solutions to management; proactively address deficiencies and involve staff in finding solutions. Conduct regular staff meetings and feedback sessions, resolving employee questions and supporting performance development. Partner with other departments and managers to improve staffing programs, support continuous improvement projects, and complete administrative tasks and reporting on time. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center environment. Solid understanding of distribution operations, inventory control, and quality assurance processes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
