The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for managing inventory valued between $10M–$20M, including oversight of systems and processes. This role involves leading daily inventory control operations, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring consistency across inventory processes. The manager will also supervise, coach, and develop the inventory control team, analyze inventory trends, and implement strategies for optimization and accurate stock forecasting. Key responsibilities include maintaining alignment between system records and physical inventory, ensuring adherence to company policies, driving continuous improvement, collaborating with internal departments and external partners, and reporting on inventory performance to leadership. The role also involves contributing to cross-functional supply chain projects and supporting internal audits.
