About The Position

Capitol Distributing is the largest convenience wholesale distributor in Idaho. Founded in 1983, Capitol delivers to retailers across the Western United States from its 300,000 square foot distribution center in Caldwell, Idaho. The Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for picking various stocks to fill customer orders. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet order demands. Individuals in this position should expect to move throughout modules stocked with product.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move products.
Ability to use an electronic scanner to pick and locate items.
Occasional overtime to meet order demands.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience of working in a warehouse a plus.

Responsibilities

Picking various stocks to fill customer orders.
Use scanning devices to pick products and fulfill customer orders.
Places products in totes and packages items correctly.
Places Totes/Full case items on sorting belt/rollers for Loading Clerks.
Follows safety rules for warehouses.
Regularly communicates with Coworkers, Leads, and Supervisors for efficiency.
Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.
