About The Position

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network, aiming to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. This role supports the full-scale production of Leo satellites by ensuring the quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, throughput, and security of the products. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
Can bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift
3+ months of customer service experience
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

1+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience

Responsibilities

Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
Issue SFC's to ensure the LRU's have enough for each shift
Initiate escalations for line down issues (kits from warehouse, floor stock, SSL chamber availability, parts from other teams)
Address issues related to SAP or MES system problems
Identify and fix FGI discrepancies and missing parts
Conduct stagnant WIP audits or deep dive into missing parts
Identify process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory
Coordinate line side deliveries with customers using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc.
Cycle count parts for accuracy
Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures
