About The Position
The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments. This role is onsite and requires working from the Piney Flats, TN location daily. The assigned schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. The department is Inventory Management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment.
- Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings.
- Foster collaboration and positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
