About The Position

The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments. The company will provide the tools and training needed to succeed in leading the team. This role is onsite and will require working from the Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance is not available. The assigned schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. within the Inventory Management Department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • An associate degree
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
  • Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings
  • Foster collaboration and positive team culture

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
