About The Position

The Fulfillment Center Specialist works in a fast-paced distribution environment at a state-of-the-art fulfillment center. The role supports warehouse operations by picking, packing, putting away, receiving, and loading parts to fulfill customer orders accurately and quickly. Specialists may move between tasks or work areas as operational needs change. The position requires following safety procedures, using warehouse equipment and an RF scanner, and collaborating with the warehouse team. Performance is measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed each day. The workplace is described as safe, friendly, casual, and team-oriented, with opportunities for advancement within the warehouse or other departments.

Requirements

Ability to move around for long periods of time.
Ability to consistently lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
Reliability, enthusiasm, teamwork, and willingness to help when needed.
Accuracy and speed in completing work.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
