About The Position

Enstall is the world’s largest provider of rooftop solar mounting hardware. Solar installers have depended on us to secure more than 3.5GW of solar per annually residential, commercial, and industrial roofs. Our brands in the U.S. include industry leaders IronRidge and PanelClaw. As a Fulfillment Center Manager you will be hands-on and lead daily warehouse and fulfillment operations at the Westfield, MA facility. This role is responsible for managing shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse performance, safety, and team leadership to ensure efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader with experience in warehouse operations, ERP/WMS systems, inventory management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or Operations Management, or in related field
5+ years of experience in managing fulfillment operations and leading warehouse teams
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes
Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy programs
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of fulfillment center, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse organization
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
Partner with Customer Service, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support operational performance, on-time deliveries and inventory accuracy
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory transactions, cycle counts, shipment quality and documentation within ERP/WMS systems
Monitor operational KPIs including shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and quality metrics
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
Coordinate warehouse space utilization, material flow and equipment to maximize efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to support productivity, service levels, and operational growth
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
