Responsible for driving safety, quality, service level, and productivity by planning, developing, supervising, and directing all aspects of aftermarket fulfillment operations through the Aftermarket Fulfillment Center (AFC). Manages the day-to-day operations of all AFC functions including goods receipt, quality inspection, put-away, material picking/kitting, packaging, and shipping. Ensures levels for staffing, safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, lead time, and on-time delivery (OTD) are maintained for the AFC. Resolves issues related to past due backlog and implements preventative actions to prevent recurrence. Maintains procedures and work instructions for all AFC operating functions. Develops and provides continuous training opportunities for personnel to promote and provide growth opportunities within the aftermarket organization. Promotes a safe working environment through leadership and a proactive safety program including managing SafetyHub training for all direct reports. Enables a culture of continuous improvement. Implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety/productivity of the AFC. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized facility. Promotes the AFC with Regional Sales Managers, Aftermarket Sales Managers, and sales agents. Administers WorkForce time management for payroll and time off for all direct reports. Hires and onboards new employees including working with recruiters. Also, offboarding of employees as needed. Ensures 24/7 availability for afterhours emergencies (customer breakdown, facility issues). Physical work in the AFC may be required at times to fulfill workload demands and satisfy customer commitments. Perform all tasks in accordance with SPXFlow Business Conduct guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
