About The Position

MBI, Inc., a leading direct marketing company, is hiring full-time associates for its 200,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center in Torrington, CT. The team is responsible for preparing and shipping products directly to customers nationwide. The company is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join a supportive team. Positions are available in Shipping, Packaging, and Personalizing Products (using laser engraving and heat transfer equipment, requiring basic computer skills for software navigation; training will be provided).

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Preparing and shipping products directly to customers.
Operating laser engraving and heat transfer equipment for product personalization.
Navigating various software programs using a computer for the personalization role.
Rotating through various functions within the Fulfillment Center to gain exposure to different departments and varied experience.
