About The Position

As a Fulfillment Center Manager, you’ll consistently oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and Drayage operations to ensure we create "Remarkable Experiences" for our customers and our warehouse team. This is our largest hub—a high-volume, 712,000 sq. ft. facility experiencing massive expansion. To be successful, your background must mirror our specific industrial realities. We are strictly looking for leaders with proven experience in: Large Box & High SKU Complexity: Managing strict inventory control, cycle counting, and space consolidation for 3,000+ large, heavy-boxed SKUs. Heavy Inbound Volumetrics: Orchestrating high-velocity ocean container logistics averaging 30+ trucks daily. Fleet & DOT Compliance: Managing drivers, fleet equipment, and strict DOT compliance/log oversight. High-Risk Safety: Maintaining an iron-clad safety culture in an environment dense with motorized equipment and 3rd party labor solutions. Patterson is at a turning point, moving past simple growth and into a phase of true evolution. We need a leader who sees this bigger picture. In this role, you aren’t just managing a facility; you’re overseeing the final, most important step of a customer’s journey. For us, a delivery isn’t just a box on a truck—it’s the centerpiece of someone’s home, and we need a leader who treats it with that level of significance. As the architect of our local growth, you will balance these heavy logistics with the mentorship of a rapidly growing team, ensuring that every sofa that leaves our dock is a win for the customer.
