About The Position

QualDerm Partners is hiring a regular part-time Fulfillment Associate to support accurate, smooth fulfillment for online customers. The role manages orders from receipt through shipping or pickup, including selecting and packaging products, maintaining inventory, completing documentation, communicating with customers, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

The position is located at 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some flexibility available. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience.

• Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous fulfillment, warehouse, retail, shipping, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or fulfillment operations; healthcare or beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with POS or inventory systems; Shopify POS preferred.
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Print and review incoming online orders.
• Collect products according to the correct brands and quantities.
• Assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or pickup.
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately.
• Stock supplies and order inventory as needed.
• Move products and inventory throughout the workspace.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete other cleaning and fulfillment duties as required.
