About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate processes orders completely and accurately, packs them safely and efficiently, verifies order details, and prepares shipments with the necessary documentation. The role includes maintaining safety precautions and equipment, managing merchandise and inventory, preparing returns and transfers, and supporting technical troubleshooting and coordination with vendors and internal departments. The associate also loads packages onto carriers as needed and maintains a clean work area. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Physically capable of repetitive standing, lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods.

• Previous experience working in fulfillment, warehousing, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process each order completely and accurately.
• Pack orders safely, effectively, and efficiently; verify order numbers and product quantities before shipping.
• Ensure special safety precautions and/or equipment are maintained.
• Maintain awareness of storage techniques and locations, space allocation, and stock rotation.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for RMA requests.
• Create and manage vendor and internal transfer documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for shipping with the necessary and correct documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
• Load packages onto carriers as needed.
• Conduct physical inventory counts in the assigned area.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provide driver information for merchandise to relevant departments.
• Support technical support activities between outbound and vendors.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and tasks as required or assigned.
