Part Time - Fulfillment Associate - Flexible
About The Position
The Fulfillment Associate picks, stages, inspects, and fulfills customer orders accurately and on time while keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe. The role provides excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the appropriate associates when needed. The position operates powered equipment and maintains required certifications while following safety requirements. It also supports inventory accuracy through the Orders App and SIMS compliance, and partners with leadership to resolve short picks. Additional administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks include audits, order follow-ups, and locker management. Associates promptly report safety or theft concerns, perform their duties with a customer-first mindset, and may take on other duties to support business needs.
Requirements
- Six months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- Six months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Required powered equipment certification for a Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck; certification must be obtained if not already held.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of retail experience.
- Six months of experience in customer service or product fulfillment at a home improvement or hardware retailer in a related department, such as kitchen, plumbing, electrical, or lawn and garden.
- Six months of experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
Responsibilities
