About The Position

TagsForHope is a family-owned company that creates pet accessories to help feed, treat, and rescue animals in need. Every order contributes to this mission. The company has opened its first U.S. facility in Troy, Michigan, and is seeking Fulfillment Associates to join their team. This role involves preparing pet accessories for customers and retail partners, ensuring accuracy and care in every order. The company provides training on products, systems, and processes, and seeks individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As an early U.S. employee, you will help establish operational routines and are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to improvements. This is a hands-on role requiring steady effort and attention to detail, with some repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, count, and organize finished pet accessories.
  • Apply product labels and sort items into their correct locations.
  • Pick the right designs, sizes, and quantities for each order.
  • Check products and package orders neatly into boxes or shipping envelopes.
  • Prepare larger wholesale orders for retail partners.
  • Use systems to process orders and shipments accurately.
  • Keep workspace clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
  • Flag shortages or mistakes and help teammates.
