Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Cielo Vista
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; and monitor alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are completed on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. You help maintain a shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You contribute to team and store results through hospitality, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain the stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage, monitor order alerts, and complete BOPS orders on time.
- Deliver customer orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting shoppers and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and thank them for their purchases.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
