Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Mission Viejo
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Tasks include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently and interact with customers by greeting them warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. The role also involves maintaining a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues help meet sales goals, share Loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and support the team and customers through honest, caring collaboration. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability and willingness to meet daily sales goal challenges.

- Ability to perform the stated physical and visual requirements, including lifting at least 25 pounds, standing for at least two consecutive hours, and using computers and other technology.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, organize, and move merchandise; maintain an organized stockroom and accurate inventory.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including monitoring alerts to ensure BOPS orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers, listening, and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and restock merchandise to maintain a shoppable space.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help meet sales goals, and provide a sincere, helpful customer experience.
- Complete end-of-day tasks, organize the stockroom, and prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support store operations and customer service.
