Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Louis Joliet
About The Position
As a seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes customer interactions, such as greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. Colleagues contribute through teamwork, attention to detail, operational excellence, hospitality, and support for sales goals and customer satisfaction. Colleagues typically work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability. Flexible availability is needed for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their purchases, and thank them for shopping.
- Complete orders, organize the stockroom, and prepare the team for the next day.
- Work collaboratively, strive to improve, and contribute to individual and store sales goals.
