About The Position
Global Language System , a division of Global Impact Group LLC , is currently seeking a qualified Fulani Interpreter to support interpretation services for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) .
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Fulani .
- Prior interpretation experience (legal, immigration, or government preferred).
- Ability to perform consecutive interpretation accurately.
- Reliable phone and internet connection.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
Nice To Haves
- Experience interpreting for immigration or government agencies .
- Interpreter certification or professional training.
- Familiarity with USCIS terminology and procedures .
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate English ↔ Fulani interpretation via telephone.
- Facilitate clear communication between USCIS officers and limited English proficient individuals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during interpretation sessions.
- Follow interpreter ethics and standards.
