About The Position

This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of a vehicle. Drivers deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers while following company policies and applicable government regulations. The role includes loading and unloading petroleum products, maintaining the vehicle and related equipment, completing required paperwork, and communicating with dispatchers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Required Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Required TWIC card.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Submit to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends if necessary.

• Prior fuel truck driver experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with petroleum products in accordance with company and governmental regulations.
• Safely operate trucks according to company policies and state and federal laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform required safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform daily service checks, including checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items.
• Complete and transmit paperwork in accordance with established company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers daily.
• Deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers.
