About The Position

Prairie Roots Co-op is hiring a Fuel Truck Driver at our Marquette, Elm Creek and Starbuck location Manitoba on a full-time permanent basis. Prairie Roots Co-op is a full-service petroleum input retail with locations in Marquette, Starbuck and Elm Creek. We supply gasoline, diesel and dyed petroleum products to a 200km area.

Requirements

• Minimum Class 3A (air endorsement) license, in good standing.
• Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community and Excellence)
• Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to the team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, planning and time-management skills.
• Can lift and carry inventory and equipment up to a weight of 55lbs
• Work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.
• Requires a criminal record check and drivers abstract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service by providing prompt and personalized customer service.
• Delivery of products in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
• Verify that the product type(s) match the delivery manifest before travelling.
• Follow a delivery schedule and ensure the timely delivery of all products.
• Confirm that all products delivered are invoiced correctly.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of our cardlock facilities.
• Maintain accurate daily driver reports, truck and trailer inspections.
