Requirements

Active Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
OSHA training.
MSHA training.
Forklift training.
Technical training.
First Aid/CPR training.
Fluent in speaking and reading English.
Ability to interpret service manuals.
Ability to operate equipment.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing site priorities.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to work on uneven terrain or around trenches.
Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, use hand tools, shovel, and rake.
Ability to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

Ensuring company equipment and assets are properly fueled, lubricated, and maintained across job sites.
Keeping trucks, trailers, and tools clean and orderly.
Inspecting equipment to repair or replace defective items.
Resolving the root causes of failures.
Leading by example in safety practices.
Following all OSHA and MSHA standards.
Fixing hazards immediately.
Ensuring all rigging and blocking meet capacity limits.
Participating in daily hazard briefings.
Accurately tracking time.
Working toward daily production goals.
Coordinating with site superintendents on equipment availability before leaving a location.
Leaving work areas clean and free of trash, rags, or old parts.
Providing adequate notice for time-off requests.
