About The Position

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Fuel System Supervisor to lead the engineering team responsible for fuel system design, integration, and validation across the Mustang, Bronco, Ranger, and Explorer/Aviator vehicle lines. This role sits at the intersection of design engineering, manufacturing, and program management, ensuring that fuel delivery systems meet Ford's standards for safety, durability, emissions compliance, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio spanning performance vehicles, off-road platforms, trucks, and SUVs.

Requirements

• Experienced and technically skilled in fuel system design, integration, and validation.
• Experience supervising a team of design and release engineers.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Technical authority for fuel tank, fuel delivery module, fuel lines, evaporative emissions, and refueling system components.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team responsible for fuel system design, integration, and validation across the Mustang, Bronco, Ranger, and Explorer/Aviator vehicle lines.
• Supervise a team of design and release engineers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Powertrain, Body Exterior, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality).
• Serve as the technical authority for fuel tank, fuel delivery module, fuel lines, evaporative emissions, and refueling system components on these programs.
