About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and provide a positive customer experience. You are often the first point of contact for customers, handling transactions, answering questions, and assisting customers efficiently and courteously.

You also keep the station clean, stocked, safe, and ready for use. Duties include completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas, including fueling spaces and restrooms. The work involves customer service, deliveries, and daily station upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle transactions accurately.
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly assistance.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment-check, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain clean indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Follow company policies, audits, sanitation requirements, dress standards, and daily station procedures.
• Adapt to changing customer flow and manage varying tasks throughout the day.
