About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station operating smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner. You also keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for use by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role includes customer interaction, deliveries, and daily station upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs., and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process purchases accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Complete safety checks and follow procedures for fuel handling, equipment checks, and site safety.
• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor station areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage cleaning, restocking, and station-monitoring tasks throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, audits, sanitation requirements, and daily station procedures.
