About The Position

The Facilities Fuel Services Technician is part of the Facilities Team and provides maintenance support for fuel-system issues at convenience store locations from a helpdesk setting in the corporate office. The position has no remote-work capabilities. The technician addresses maintenance requests, troubleshoots and guides general fuel repairs and service maintenance, and supports ordering. The role also manages work orders and records, participates in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency phone support and service, and handles related administrative tasks. Regular business hours apply when not on call.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and theory of operation for trades such as plumbing and electrical, as well as technology skills.
• Relevant experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a State of Montana DEQ Class B or higher Operator License within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address fuel maintenance requests by providing technical support and troubleshooting to convenience store locations.
• Troubleshoot and guide general fuel repairs, service maintenance, and ordering.
• Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in the tracking system.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency phone support and service, remaining available via a company-provided cell phone during on-call periods.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Process invoices and prepare administrative reports for the Facilities Fuel Systems Services Team.
