The Fuel Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and overseeing the Fuel Systems Operation, ensuring fuel inventory is tracked in accordance with pertinent regulations and policy, including ATA103 and Company Procedures and standards. This role involves compiling and sorting documents, such as invoices and checks, to substantiate business transactions. The coordinator is responsible for obtaining and processing data pertaining to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and timekeeping records. They will ensure that product meets or exceeds quality standards through definitive methods and that all work is completed in a timely manner, contributing to an efficient operation while projecting a professional image for Menzies Aviation and SFO FUEL COMPANY.
