About The Position

This position manages and monitors regulatory requirements for fuel and environmental credit transfers and submits or analyzes necessary reporting, as well as the coordination of staff that transfers and reconciles environmental credit transfers.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or equivalent work experience required
Productive knowledge of SolArc Right Angle software
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, eMTS, and understanding of EPA regulations as it relates to fuels and RINs
Ability to work with other employees, be a team player, detailed, and deadline oriented
Multitasking, organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and keen attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in the energy industry preferred
Accounting background is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain RIN/environmental credit inventories via deal tracking and processing transfers
Monitor and process RIN sales and purchases and scheduling the movements in SolArc Right Angle (SRA) trade system
Reconcile SRA balances for RINs and state credits to credit accounts and resolve any discrepancies with external counterparties
Assist with compiling federal and state regulatory program reports and attestations for US EPA, CARB, and EIA as assigned
Other compliance duties as assigned
