The Fuel Filtration Technician - Power Systems is responsible for conducting all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental, and contamination control policies, procedures, and regulations. This role performs preventive maintenance, including cleaning fuel in generator fuel tanks and related components, inspecting tanks and components for compliance, and repairing spill buckets, alarms, and monitoring systems. The technician will also maintain and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field, supply required information and documentation for repairs, and maintain company service literature and technical awareness. The position requires working in a neat and orderly fashion, adhering to contamination control guidelines, and seeking ways to improve work methods and safety standards. Flexibility in schedule to work nights and weekends is necessary, along with completing all required documentation for customers and dispatchers. Other duties as assigned.
