The Fuel Filtration Technician - Power Systems is responsible for conducting all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental, and contamination control policies, procedures, and regulations. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, including cleaning fuel in generator fuel tanks and related components, inspecting tanks and components for compliance, and repairing spill buckets, alarms, and monitoring systems. The technician will also maintain and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field. They are expected to supply all required information, supporting documentation, and photos for repairs and additional services identified during preventive maintenance visits. The role requires maintaining personal company service literature, staying aware of technical changes, maintaining tools, and attending training sessions. The technician will work in an orderly fashion, adhering to contamination control guidelines, and continuously seeking improvements in work methods, the work area, and safety standards. Flexibility in schedule to work nights and weekends is required, along with completing all required documentation for customers and the PM Dispatcher. Other duties as assigned.
