About The Position

The Fuel Center Cashier provides fast, pleasant guest service at the fuel station. The role involves processing sales, handling payments, assisting guests with their purchases, monitoring fuel levels and prices as directed, and keeping the station clean. Shifts are assigned between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read and understand information and directions.
Demonstrated ability to use math skills successfully.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Effective communication and guest service skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service to fuel station guests.
Scan and ring up guest orders accurately to ensure sales are properly recorded.
Handle money and tender accurately to ensure proper accounting of transactions.
Bag guests’ orders and place them in carts or hand them to guests.
Monitor fuel gauges and tank levels as directed by management.
Change fuel prices as directed by management.
Work effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Complete daily logs as assigned.
Empty fuel station trash, monitor station cleanliness, and maintain a clean work area.
Work assigned shifts between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
